Refund & Return Policy 1. Eligibility for Refunds Customers may apply for a full refund within 30 calendar days after receiving physical products. Virtual & customized items are non-refundable once production/delivery is completed. 2. Return Shipping Cost If items are damaged, wrong-shipped by our side, we will cover the return shipping fee. For voluntary returns by customers, buyers shall bear the shipping expense. 3. Refund Processing Period After we receive and inspect returned goods, refunds will be issued to the original payment account within 5 working days. 4.
